Grapes: Chardonnay 85% - Pinot Nero 15%
Vinification: Soft pressing of the must, fermentation in steel vats and in small oak barrels at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is introduced into the bottle where after the second and slow natural fermentation in glass it remains in prolonged contact with the yeasts.
Permanence in bottle in contact with yeasts: At least 24 months
Sugar: g / l 3.5
Color: Deep straw yellow with brilliant gold reflections
Nose: Fragrant notes of grilled bread, yeast and minerals.
Taste: In the mouth it is harmonious, fresh and of good structure with a finish in the mouth that changes from honey to balsamic and toasted tones.
Gastronomic combinations: perfect as an aperitif, with fish and vegetable based appetizers, shellfish.
